Hello

I have added my IP Camera (Instar 6014HD) into the list of "Phone -> Monitors".

I can see an image from the camera and the sound is also streaming. Problem is, that the image is frozen.
It takes up to one minute and then i get a new image.
I have updated to the "cloud firmware" with the new webfrontend recently (82.31.2.417).
Before the update everything was working just fine.

Pleas help me out here, this is an important feature for me.

BTW: I have also installed a third party ip cam viewer on the IT82, no problems with the rtsp camera stream. It seems to be a problem of the internal ip cam stream viewer of the IT82.

Could you please test with VLC to check if the video still the same? On the VLC, configure the buffer to 200ms before checking.

VLC displays the video correctly.
I also set the buffer to 200ms.

As I mentioned above, the third party app does also display the video correctly.

May I please know whether the 3rd party app display the audio stream well?

Maybe you can have a try to disable audio stream on IPC.
