Hi,
On IT82 with previous firmware version 82.0.2.251 when there was an incoming call from a 2N intercom unit, I was able to use the unlock button (both soft and hard buttons) to open the door using remote (DTMF) codes during preview, without answer to the incoming call.
Now, with new firmware version 82.30.2.517 the unlock feature during preview is not working anymore.
Is there anything I can do to check or fix this issue?

This is Jon from Akuvox technical team.

With previous firmware, you must enabled intercom preview feature or auto answer feature on IT82, so it directly answered the call. Because DTMF tone is only working during call rather than preview interface.

With latest firmware, the unlock button on preview interface is sending out a http request and it is only working with Akuvox door phone.

So you have to enable intercom preview under the path "Phone-Call Feature" or setup auto answer list for 2N door phone.

Note: The IP/SIP should be 2N's call header. Please let us know if you are not sure what is 2N's call header, we will help to check with.
