No sound in the RTSP stream (with the new firmware)

Dear Akuvox,

I have a problem with RTSP stream. With the previous firmware the RTSP stream did contain sound. Unfortunately with the new version of the firmware (26.0.3.31) the sound is not there anymore. I can see that the sound setting also disappeared from Intercom > RTSP. Can you please check that?

P.S. I still have sound on IT82 but I would like the sound to be included in the RTSP stream.

Yes, while certifying the latest ONVIF tool 17.12, we implement a new RTSP algorithm to make our product be fully compatible with ONVIF, but the audio part is not complete yet, that's why you cannot see the audio in RTSP. it is not a bug, please don't worry.
And we will soon have a new firmware with RTSP audio feature.
