Delay r26p

Hallo,

1. R26p in combination with a Starface (https://www.starface.com/en/)

=> works

using the Starface ucc client a browser windows pops up at incoming call showing either picture or live stream
(macOS )

by now have to figure out why it is not directly displayed on the telephone display (yealink t46g) or in the pop-up window using the ucc client
(using the field for the link at the Starface webinterface : works either video or picture)


opening with dtmf using telephone either t46g or wireless Siemens (two different models)

=> works

So it is a perfect solution


but


2.

i´ve connected a gate (not door) to the R26p

The gate also could be opened with a remote (benica)


and this is where my problem lies


using the R26p as a door opener, a delay 10 of seconds is enough , but as a gate opener ... so would it be possible to set the delay to let's say 60 seconds ?

1. You can try to setup the R26 information in yealink phone previously， especially the IP Cam URL , the URL of R26 is http:// device ip:8080/video.cgi As shown in attachment .

2. Certainly ， the relay delay can be modified in our software. but can you tell us where did you get our products ? we will arrange the corresponding techspport for your issues .

1. Okay. Thank you! As i was only working with the Starface which is provisioning the yealinks i simply missed the thought to provide the phones themselves. The Webinterface works. Will check what to do next.
