Problem with R23P

Good morning,
we bought 5 of you products Akuvox R23P, but with have some problem, infact (after configuration) the SIP Intercom was regsitered well into our system but when we push the button over the R23P the call drops after one ring.
Can we help us?

this the version:
Firmware Version 26.0.2.57
Hardware Version 26.1.0.0.0.0.0.0

Hi Mike,
You can download the latest firmware version in the forum and try it again.

Note: Please reset the R23P to factory setting after upgraded to the new firmware.

Hi Shirley,
i upgraded the firmware with the last one "26.0.3.40" and then i reseted with the factory setting.
But with both no one good result, nothing has been change

Solved.
Notes: The R23P may has something wrong when working with the Ericson sip server.
