R26p is not sending eMails

Hi!

I tried to activate Action eMails when the ring button is pushed.

R26 responds "OK" when editing eMail settings but then no eMail is send out when the button is pushed.

I can't see anything specific in the log file.

Any idea for that?

Hi sir,
Do you configure the pushbutton action? If you want to receive the email when the button is pressed, you need to configure not only on Action-Notification Email, but also the push button action. To configure the push button action, you can go to the path Intercom-Basic-Push Button Action to select the action to email.

Hi sir,
Here are some questions need to confirm with you.
1. May I know what's version are you using?
2. What do you configure the send email and receive email?
3. Can you export the log to me when you test it? Login to the device website and go to the path Upgrade->Advanced->System log to configure the log level to 7, then test this function and export the log to me.

Hi Evelyn!

I run Firmware 26.31.3.238 on my R26p

Please find attached screenshots of my configuration. Log file will be generated.

Details changed for privacy reasons. Normally there are correct servers and adresses in ;)

If i hit the "Test Email"- Button - Shouldn't he send a test email? Result is OK but nothing happens.

I just checked the log file but because of the content i wont share it here public...

What looks strange to me:

Apr 29 13:26:17 : AKUVOX DCLIENT pid433,tid433,l3: GetAccessServer:gw server ip is empty

I have many many of these messages. What does it mean?

As for the Email notification, please refer to the following configurations:\
action.png

Sender’s email address: To configure email address of sender.
Receiver’s email address: To configure email address of receiver.
SMTP server address: To configure SMTP server address of sender.
SMTP user name: To configure user name of SMTP service (usually it is same with sender’s email address).
SMTP password: To configure password of SMTP service (usually it is same with the password of sender’s email).
Email subject: To configure subject of email.
Email content: To configure content of email.
Email Test: To test whether email notification is available.

Can you please send a screenshot of your STATUS page?

As you intend to use encrypted mail transfer did you try these settings already?

There is no Problem with your E-Mail-Settings, but with your Network.
Log Message says: Gateway IP is missing. Please check your Network-Settings
