May I know the firmware of your R26, please? It can be seen in its
web interface>Status.
If it is the 26.31.x.x series, maybe it caused by its discovery mode. After reset or network reconnected, the device will turn to the discovery mode and configure it automatically and also clear the manual configuration.
Please kindly download the latest firmware version and go to its
web interface>Network>Advanced> Connect setting. Then disable the discovery mode.
