Since FW 26.31.4.110 i have an issue with the speaker.
After doorphone is running a couple of days the speaker is not working any more.
Neither the dial tone is heared nor someone can hear me, when taking the call. But i can hear them.
After a reboot it works fall fine again.

Hi Sir,

Do you mean the R26 is with such kind of problem?
You press the call button of R26 to dial out a call, but you can not hear the ringback tone. When the call is answered, you can hear the sound from other side, but other side can not hear you. If it is ok, can you help to record a video for showing us the problem?

1. Check the volume is ok, and it is not muted;
2. Can you try to upgrade to newest firmware to check again?
3. If it is still not work, can you help to export log file for us analyzing? Go to Upgrade-Advvanced-Syslog, select the loglevel to be 7, repeat the problem and export the log file.
