Hi, Since today I have the problem that my relay does not close anymore. To open the door are set 3 seconds. I operate the R26C with an RFID chip opens the relay. Only it does not close after three seconds. It remains permanently open. Only when I press the bell button on the R26c Where is the problem? Nothing was changed.

Can you help to provide the below needed info for us analyzing? You can also mail to us [email protected] for following the problem.
1. Where do you purchase the R26?
2. Reset the R26 to factory settings and check whether the problem is fixed or not.

If the problem still occur:
3. Send us the diagram for displaying how you connect a lock to R26;
4. Send us current configurations of device which can go to Status-Basic, and Intercom-Relay to check;
4. Export R26's log;

I bought the R26 C at www.innet24.de I have not changed anything about the attitude. The problem occurred at once. I set a time of 3 seconds to open the door.

i have the same problem and did make a factory reset. Firmware version is 26.31.5.8

The door is open with a registered RFID card. Sometimes the relay did not close after 5 seconds.
Then we can do several things, we can try to boot the device, use again a RFID card, switch off power etc.
Sometimes it solves the problem, but today nothing helps.

The problem is that our door is always open and we need a quick fix for this issue.

4. Export R26's log;
-Go to Upgrade-Advanced-System Log, and select the log level to be 7.
-Scan the card to repeat the problem.
-Click Export button to export the log.

i did sent an email with all these informations today to Cathy, because i did not have your email address.
The problem exist at the moment regulary, not more temporaly.
To find a solution for this problem is very important for us.

With the help from Akuvox i did find the reason for our problem.

The relay for the door opener on the board of the R26C is defective. If everybody did have the same problem. In the software the relay did work with High and Low, but you hear also a small "click" of the relay if it is open and closed.

I did build in a new one, everything works fine now-
