R26P RTT Ping > 800ms !

Hi

I have a problem with a R26P (Firmware Version : 26.0.2.132), with a very big RTT ping, causing many Unreachable :

Endpoint: 200/200 Not in use 0 of inf
InAuth: 200-auth/200
Aor: 200 1
Contact: 200/sip:[email protected]:5062 6bda5d3533 Avail 823.415

Others extensions have no problem :

Endpoint: 100/100 Not in use 0 of inf
InAuth: 100-auth/100
Aor: 100 1
Contact: 100/sip:[email protected]:5060 28b64ec30c Avail 3.585
Identify: 100-identify/100

Endpoint: 101/101 Not in use 0 of inf
InAuth: 101-auth/101
Aor: 101 1
Contact: 101/sip:[email protected]:5060 2ec7ae58c5 Avail 3.601
Identify: 101-identify/101


How to fix this problem please ?

The syslog message file contains many errors like :

Apr 5 12:55:18 : sipmain pid392,tid517,l3: AddRouteByRecordRoute: Bad parameters
Apr 5 12:55:31 : phone pid397,tid494,l3: devctrl_set_watchdog error
Apr 5 12:55:46 : phone pid397,tid494,l3: devctrl_set_watchdog error

Apr 5 12:56:16 : phone pid397,tid494,l3: devctrl_set_watchdog error

PhoneLog (1).tgz

Any idea ?

Hi,

Can you show the Network topology diagram for us to analyze? Like, how the R26 and your PC connect.
And what do you want to know from this ping action?

Hi

ADSL BOX -> SWITCH DLINK PoE DGS-1210-08P -> (5 Yealink T58V + R26P + Freppbx RasPBX) in dedicated network
All extensions have a ping rtt time below 5 ms, except the doorphone between 190ms and more than 850 ms, causing unreachable

I did not try with the new firmware 26.0.3.20.
