E21V stops transmitting images

E21V stops transmitting images

After few days of operation, E21V and R26P stops sending live stream images , need to restart. is there any firmware update for fixing this ?

Hi,
The available firmware of E21V and R26P are both posted on this forum, you could try to upgrade it to new firmware.

Hi Subair,

Add one more point based on Sean's comment:
The latest firmware of R26 and E21 can be found on this page: viewforum.php?f=23.
Don't forget to reset the doorphone to factory setting after the upgrade.
