DTMF tone

can tell me where in the E21V configure DTMF tone to open the door. i want to send 123 to open door.

Hi sir,

The path is web - Intercom - Relay, please change the DTMF option to be 3 digits and then you can set the DTMF value to be 123.
As can be seen in the attached picture.
