Vbell compatibilty with Android P

After upgrading to Android P the Vbell app (1.0.3.40) is not showing any video during call to the door-phone (R29v1) and the bitrate is zero. Video preview from doorbell, sound and unlock still work fine. Is this a known issue you are going to address?

Hi sir,
Please refer to the following for check:
1. Do you use the IP or SIP? If you configure the IP, you should check if the video resolution is too high, you can confirm it on the Vbell path Video->General Settings->IP direct video resolution. In this case, you also want to make sure your cellphone works on the same LAN as the device;
2. Is your SIP account registration from the LAN or WLAN? If the account is the LAN, you also need to make sure your cellphone work on the same LAN, otherwise, it can't display the video during the video call.
3. If the SIP account registers from the WLAN server, please export the log to me. On the Vbell path Developer->Export log->Export.

Hi Evelyn and thanks for your reply.

1. It is the SIP version. RTSP video from the door phone works fine so I don't think it is a resolution issue. Video resolution is 720p and this worked fine before android upgrade.
2. Everything is on LAN and there are no connectivity issues for sure. I can make calls normally to the doorphones, it is just there is no video.

The way it looks to me there is some incompatibility of Vbell app with Android P when it comes to video streaming during calls.

Have you checked the network is fine? Could you pelase export the log for me to check? For export the log, you can do the following:
1. Go to the path Advance->General Settings ->Log Level to configure the level to 7;
2. Reproduce the issue;
2. Go to the pathDEVELOPER->Export Log->Export;
