Unable to login to web interface after some time

Hi,
Exactlty the same issue as the previous post about this issue.
I have a customer with a new R20A and this is happening for them as well. Same problem - web page becomes unavailable after some time.
The only way to restore web access is to reboot the intercom.
He has tested with Firefox and Edge.
Firmware is 20.30.3.1
