Hi,
The software has a feature to turn off the card reader LED.
This partially works as there is still light coming through the front - see attached (LED turned off)
Is there another LED that has to be ti\urned off or is this an LED on the main board?
If this is a fault can you advise so we can return it for repair?

After upgrading, please reset it.

And then we can go to the path "Intercom-LED setting" on the web GUI of R20.(You can enter R20's IP address into the browser to go to the web GUI and the default username and password are both admin.)

Please refer to LEDControl.png to set it up.

Also, you can setup schedule for the LED of RFID reader. Please refer to LEDSchedule.png.

Please note that if you want to setup LED schedule, don't forget to setup your time zone under the path "Phone-Time/Lang."
