R20A Local SIP server + Smartplus App

i am new to this Forum.

I am currently setting up a R20A for a customer and i am facing the following issue.

Setup:

Account1 - is pre configured with the Akuvox Cloud (OK registered)
Account2 - is configured to the Customers SIP server (OK registered)

So what i want now is. That when you Push the Akuvox Doorphone Button it should Ring first on the Internal Server the Ring Number 9001, if nobody answers for a specific time (20 sec) it should ring the two Smartphones with the Smartplus App trough the Akuvox Cloud.

Currently i couldn´t figure out how to get this working.

Firmware is 20.30.4.10
