Dear support team,

the new IT83R monitor was delivered to me last week and it looks good. As I tested the monitor, I've found some entrys in the call log. :o
I think, someone has done some testing.

So, before I decide to return the gadget to the merchant, I want to know, what's the actual revision of the hardware. Can You help me?
I have a monitor with rev. 1.0.

Best regards
Fabian

Hi Sir,

For Akuvox products. You can check the hardware version on the web GUI by entering the IP address on the browser. The username and password are both admin by default.

Here I take a R26 as an example:

Please let me know if any other question.

Thank you!

I mean the hardware-revision from the currently saled or produced IT83R. Are there a newer hw-rev than 1.0?
