Hello sir,

May I know does the "Re-route call" feature is you set on the 2N phone? Could you please go to the C315's web - Phone - Call feature - Intercom, and check whether the Intercom Preview is enable. If so, please disable it and try it again.

Yes, intercom preview is enable and re-route call is set on 2N

New Firmware 115.31.2.516 is not allowing to save anything in Monitor settings
