Hello,

Is there a way to change or rename the options shown on the display of the intercom?
I am aware that it can be disabled and to just show the time but a customer of ours would like to keep the options, but with different names.

Hi Sir,

Can I know which firmware version of R27 do you use?

Do you mean options in LCD screen when R27 is in the "New Version(Cloud and SDMC)" mode? You can go to Intercom-Basic-Display Type to check different display modes.
If yes, those options names can not be changed. They are defined in R27's codec.
