R26P WebRelay config

Hello,

I have a problem to configure, get it to work a webrelay:
Type: Default
IP: 192.168.X.Y
Username: XXX
Pass: YYY

Action ID 01: /ulr_to_do_action (no IP/host before) | Web Realy Key: # | Extension: empty
Action ID 02: /ulr_to_do_action2 (no IP/host before) | Web Realy Key: 1 | Extension: empty

During the call I press the # or 1 and nothing happens. I checked PCAP in the doorbell and log's on my Rpi which should receive this ping but no success.
Can somebody help me with this ?
