UPDATE 26.03.20
After the latest update of the R 26, the Akuvox R26c turns solid green. Why is that ?

If I take it from the power supply (POE) and reconnect with electricity, then the green LED lights up immediately and nothing happens anymore. I can not connect to the Akuvox anymore. What can I do ?

did you change the LED color before? if not, maybe the power supply was loose during firmware upgrade, so the unit is failed to bootup.

No, the R26c was not disconnected from the power supply. I waited until the R26c rebooted, then the LED was green. Before she blinked red and later when she started up she turned blue. But now it's like that, when I connect her with POE, which she turns green immediately. I no longer have access to the R26c. So I can not play any other software anymore. Can you make a factory reset?

I've made a firmware update öftrs. Always good. I assume that the new firmware is broken.
A recovery does not work with the new firmware.
I have returned the Akuvox R26c to the seller

It is a remaining update bug in previous version, now we upload a new firmware 26.0.3.31 to solve this issue.

Our customer was very disappointed with this product, he wanted us to change brands ..., so the update from version 26.0.2.144 to the new firmware 26.03.20 failed as you know, we had to install a R23C pending the problem of the R26P by making a recovery to version 26.3.20 and everything seems ok now !
Do we need to update version 26.03.20 to 26.0.3.31 as well ?
Do you have a bug list corrected with the differents versions ? Like other manufacturers ? It's important for your resellers.
We have ordered almost the entire range of your doorphones to validate them internally.
