Hi,
does IT82 have similar integration possibilities as intercom R26 ?
I've integrated R26 with our smart house system, mentioned in http://forum.akuvox.com/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=134
and we are going to provide that intercom within our system.
I would like to integrate IT82 as well as touch screen for alarm and intercom control within our system.
I have couple questions:
- I see that it is possible to install 3rd party applications on IT82 but is this possible to start it automatically after device boot on the top of Your application? (I would like to install our application for alarm)
5 capacitive, programmable pushbuttons:
- are these buttons removable ?
- is this possible to use actionURL web service call under each button press (same as in R26) ?
- can I disable button in the system and just use actionURL to call some service after press ?
- is this possible to buy IT82 device just with android on board or restore android to fabric settings ?
- is this possible to add a listeners for capacitive buttons in 3rd part application?
thanks in advance!

Re: Integration API
Hi Lonas,
1. Is this possible to start it automatically after device boot on the top of Your application?
No, first our application start and then the 3rd party application run.
About 5 capacitive, programmable pushbuttons:
2. Are these buttons removable ?
Do you mean you do not want to use 5 buttons? You can try to configure it into N/A mode in the path: Phone-Key/Display-Sensor Key.
3. Is this possible to use actionURL web service call under each button press (same as in R26) ?
&4. Can I disable button in the system and just use actionURL to call some service after press ?
IT82 do not have action URL feature now.
4. Is this possible to buy IT82 device just with android on board or restore android to fabric settings ?
You can upgrade to Android image from AK firmware.
5. Is this possible to add a listeners for capacitive buttons in 3rd part application?
Will the 3rd party application be installed in IT82? If yes, which number will be added? IP address? Or Sip account?
Maybe you can have a try.
Best regards

Re: Integration API
Hi thanks for feedback
3. Are you planning to add this functionality? If so then when?
4 & 5
I like design of IT82 but until I cant fully integrate with I could try to install clean android version if possible (same as on tablet or phone)
I would like to use IT82 as touch screen for alarm control in our system. I have SIP support in our native app to work with intercom.
Will I be able to to use speaker and microphone ?
Will I be albe to add listeners for buttons in our native app?
6. So how I can open intercom relay on R26 from IT82? There is key button which should be able to open the gate in intercom.

Re: Integration API
Hi Lonas,
3. Sorry, we do not have such kind of plan now.
4 & 5 Can you send email to [email protected] for more specific explanations?
6. The process is like (Doorphone R26, Indoor monitor IT82):
Doorphone first configure the DTMF value in the path: Intercom-Relay.
Then Indoor Monitor configure the DTMF value in the path: Phone-Relay.
Doorphone make a call to indoor monitor, user press the 'Unlock' icon in the call interface to unlock.
Best regards

Thanks,
so I need to pick up the incoming call from R26 to open the door relay on IT82?
After press unlock button during the call then door relay is open.
