Recently, Some customers report that their R29 was down without any reason.
after analysis, we found that R29 was appeared with no display on the screen but the web access was normal. In terms of the same network environment situation: Public IP Address on R29, we think R29 is attacked by network sip hacking, so we recommend to set your R29F/S with below configuration:
On the webinterface of R29F/S
Accout1 -> Advanced
Accout2 -> Advanced
enable Prevent SIP Hacking
