R26C Intercom Motion

Hi,
I tested all options but I have no positiv result on close Relay A or Relay B. This should close one of the both relays on the unit. I do not hear a click neither testing with a multimeter (BIP) gives a result.

Hi,

For the Close Relay(A or B) feature, it can not be used in this AK firmware version(It is for a special version).
I will ask our R&Ds to make it been screened in new AK firmware version.

Hi sir,

Do you mean that you cannot see the live view in this path: Intercom - Live stream?

There are two basic ways for you to check this problem:
1. Clear browser cache.
2. Go to intercom - relay - relay basic to enable the RTSP server and try it again.

And also, you can download the latest firmware version for R26C and try it again: http://forum.akuvox.com/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=12

Hi,
No, the Intercom->Motion menue entry is missing in the setting page. The Admin Guide for the R26 series and the subject of this post suggest this should be available.

Hi sir,

Can you find the motion menu on the other browser? If so, could you clear browser cache and try it again, please?
You can press "ctrl+F5" to refresh the web or clear the cache on the browser manually. For google chrome, the path is setting - advanced - Privacy and security - Clear browsing data.

sorry I think I got it now, the FW 26.0.2.57 is not the latest one. I will update with the 26.0.3.40 and see what happen.
