Cannot access Web Interface on R50

Hello, guys!

I created this new topic, because I can't access the Web interface on one of our R50 phones(from all 45). This happens after the phone is rebooted. And more- the SNTP Date and Time Setting is not syncing and the phone stays with wrong Date and Time. When I try to access the Web interface(with the known IP address) an error occurs-Refused to connect. The phone continues to work properly right after a Factory Settings Reset. It is with the latest firmware for R50 - 50.0.6.156.

Hi Asen,

1. For the website can not be accessed issue:
What is the hint when you try to access to the R50 website? Blank interface or any hints? Maybe you can show us with a picture?
After you reset the R50, do the problem fix? If not, do the problem happen all the time or sometimes?

2. For the SNTP date and time setting is not syncing issue:
Can it sync in the begining? After the website can not be accessed, it can not sync?
What is the ntp server address? Can you ping successfully to it when in the same network of R50?

Hi, Neil!

I've attached the "This site can't be reached" error picture. After resetting-the problem disappears, but happens again and again on the same phone after a while. The only hint I can give you is that the phone uses a custom ringtone which I have created. Maybe the memory of the phone is almost full and starts to cause problems with the sync. The primary server is: 0.pool.ntp.org , the secondary: 1.pool.ntp.org . It is pinged successfully by a PC in the same network, also the other 45 phones are working well with the same servers.
