need help setting up vBell account

Hi sir,

May I know the app version, please? It can be seen on the button of the left menu.
Also, please add the SIP account of the vbell to the R26's push button number and try it again.

It is still doesn't work, could you please send us the system log from R26?
The path is web-upgrade-advanced-system log.
Change the log level to be 7 and send the dtmf code from app then export the log.

The R26c firmware is the 26.3.31.225
I think it's the firmware.

Hi Sir,

For using Vfone APP, you need to have at least two SIP accounts.

1. Check the SIP account, SIP server address and SIP server port in your FRITZ!Box device first.
2. Register two SIP accounts in R26 and Vfone APP. Make sure two SIP accounts are all registered.
For R26: Go to Account-Basic to register.
For Vfone: Go to Setting-SIP Account to register.
Note: The Register name, User name, Password, SIP server address and its port have to be entered.
3. Configure the DTMF key for unlocking in Vfone. Go to Contact-Select a contact-Edit-DTMF code to configure. Make sure the DTMF key is the same with the R26's.
4. R26 make a call to APP, APP answer the call and press the DTMF key to unlock.

Only with the App Fritz App App I can unlock the door.

Hi,
the app Vfon does not need two accounts.
The mistake was with the Akuvox R26c.
I forgot to enter the IP of my phone in the R26c.
Now it works
