C315 and 2N

I’m integrating the 2n verso with the C315 and I'm not able to have the preview screen, during the ringing state. Any ideas to help me solve this problem

Hi sir,
For the preview function in the C315, do you enable the preview function in C315? On the web GUI, go to the path Phone->Call feature->Intercom->Intercom preview, you can configure it here.

Hi there,

Thank You for responding. Yes I found that function and here is what is going on: when preview is on the ring is coming for 60 second, no more no less, even if intercom ( 2N ) is setup to call only for 30sec and the major problem is setting up preview on intercom cuts the ability of 2N to reroute call if C315 is not answering the call. If preview is disabled everything is coming back to normal. So, if preview is on the call from 2N is only possible to C315, if preview is off the call can be made to C315, if no pickup it can be rerouted to cloud ( 2N cloud) or land line or cell phone.

I spoke with 2N support and they thinks when preview is active 2N sees it as accepted call and won't reroute the call

Hi sir,
In this case, you need to login to the C315 website and go to the path Phone->Monitor to configure(shown as below), instead of enable intercom preview:
RTSP.png

Number: To enter the IP address/SIP number of the corresponding camera. Then enter the RTSP or ONVIF URL of the door phone or IP camera.
Device Name: To enter the ID number of doorphone, which could be set by users.
Destination URL: To set the RTSP URL for the door phone.
User Name: To enter the user name if required.
Password: To enter the password if required.
In addition, please confirm 2N verso enable the RTSP.

Hi there:

My C315 does't have access Phone>Monitor option over website access for C315. It only can be done directly from device.All information you provided was done and I can get cameras feed if I use "Monitor Icon" on the device. But no matter what I do I can get video preview during the call only if call get accepted. Any ideas ?

Hi sir,
May I know what your firmware version please? You can get the update version here: http://forum.akuvox.com/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=207
In addition, how do you make the call? Through SIP account or IP directly? If call from the SIP account, 2N SIP account should be filled in here.

My firmware is 115.50.2.250. I am trying to make call both ways through sip server and direct IP or virtual number, same issue no preview. Any help to solve it I would appreciate.

Hello sir,

The 115.50.2.250 version doesn't support the video preview feature. Please download the new firmware version and try it again. You can download the new firmware from http://forum.akuvox.com/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=207.

Thanks for help with new firmware, it solved problem with preview on C315 from 2N but didn't help with problem to re-route call to the next number if call was not picked up or canceled. Looks like 2N still sees it (call preview ) as accepted call. Any ideas about this issue.
