Is there somewhere an option to change the resolution of the picture sent via Email based on the Push Button Action?
If not, can you please include that?!

Sorry, the resolution of the picture is fixed now.
Can I know where do you purchase the product? You can ask the company to forward the requirement to us. We do not develop requirements for end users directly in principle.

Your strategie is not clear to me. after a reseller sold a product, he's not interested in supporting it any more.
If i buy something and miss a feature afterwards, i always have to go back to the vendor and not to the Reseller.
Via that way you get drect feedback from the customer and what his needs are what helps to sell more.
